Purpose
Marinel-lo Abogados processes the personal information provided by the interested parties solely and exclusively for the execution of the legal services that are contracted and, where appropriate, to keep you informed of events, news, updates and activities related to the activity carried out by Marinel-lo Abogados and/or the legal sector.
In case you send us your CV, it will be stored for inclusion in the selection processes initiated by Marinel-lo Abogados.
Legitimacy for the processing of your personal data.
The processing of your personal data has its legal basis in the execution of contracts for legal or accounting services concluded with Marinel-lo Abogados. The personal data you provide for this purpose will be retained for as long as the service provision relationship is maintained. The sending of information about events, news, updates, or activities related to the activity carried out by Marinel-lo Abogados is based on the consent that has been requested. Such consent may be revoked at any time, without such revocation affecting the performance of the service contracts entered into with Marinel-lo Abogados.
The storage of personal data contained in CV is based on the consent of the person concerned. Such data will be stored for a period of one year from the last confirmation of interest, notwithstanding the fact that the person concerned may revoke the given consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent to the storage of your data will mean that your application cannot be taken into account in the selection processes carried out by Marinel-lo Abogados.
Addressees of the personal data provided
The personal data provided to us by its owner will in no case be disclosed to third parties or transferred to other States without the prior express consent of the legal owner.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we inform you that certain information you provide may be communicated, always within the framework of current legislation or the contractual relationship with Marinel-lo Abogados, to the following entities: Public Administrations and/or State Security Forces and Authorities, when Marinel-lo Abogados is legally required to do so, and to other professionals in the legal sector, when this is necessary for the execution of the contracted services.
Rights of the owner of the personal data
You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request erasure of your personal data at any time.
Also, in certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case they will only be processed by Marinel-lo Abogados for the exercise or defense of claims. Also in certain circumstances, you may object to the processing of your personal data.
In any of these cases, Marinel-lo Abogados will stop processing your personal data, except in those cases where the processing is necessary for compelling legitimate reasons or for the defense of possible claims. In any of these cases, Marinel-lo Abogados will duly inform you of the necessary processing and the reasons that justify it.
